Besides our yearly Teacher Training and other courses we also offer various retreat programs at Rishis International, where every individual can get tremendous benefits from yoga and meditation, and at the same time can have the experience of a luxurious stay, healthy ayurvedic food, and traditional rituals and ceremonies.
The Relax and Rejuvenate retreat is made in such a way that individually you can go deeper in your meditation and yoga practice and together you share the joy and blissful moments in your own space.
During this retreat, we will learn to align and organize our body, mind, spirit, and energies in such a way that it brings us into a meditative state throughout our journey.
This retreat will allow you to experience Rishikesh in such a way, that your visit to this enchanting city and its soothing thick green surroundings will become a memorable and spiritual journey.

For who?
Anyone who is open to this path of yoga, ayurveda, and meditation is eligible for this practice. In whichever state you are, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing with different teachers or individually, all are welcome to jump into it.

Daily program
- 8:30 – 9:30 Morning Meditation class with chanting and pranayama exercises
- 9:30 – 10:30 Herbal tea and light healthy breakfast
- 11:00 – 12:30 Restorative Hatha Yoga class
- 13.00 – 14:30 Brunch
- 14.30 – 16.00 Rest time and time for individual consultations and sessions (optional)
- 16:00 – 16:30 Chai and Ayurvedic bites
- 17:00 – 18:30 Hatha yoga and Meditation class
- 19:00 – 20.30 Dinner
- 21:00 – 22:00 Bonfire and evening celebrations

Please note that all the classes are optional during your yoga retreat. Our intention is to let you develop at your own pace and to let you enjoy your stay. We want you to enjoy your yoga retreat as much as possible, to become healthy in mind and body, and to learn how to feel at one with yourself.
Personal approach
For our retreats at Rishis International, we work with small groups of a maximum of 8 participants, allowing our teachers and therapists to give tremendous personal attention to each and every student and to offer a program that fits our participant’s personal needs.
