SYLLABUS OF 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE IN GOA, INDIA
We strictly follow the syllabus and guidelines set by Yoga Alliance USA for 200-hour yoga teacher training in Goa. The classes are conducted from Monday to Saturday, and Sunday is a rest day. The course is divided into four modules of four weeks each (26 days). The study approach is for beginners to advanced levels. Starting with the foundational practices, the course covers the advanced levels towards the last modules. Students will get exposure to the yogic discipline.
MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA
Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. ASANA CLASS
Asana means Postures. PHILOSOPHY:
